Single-origin Arabica, hand-selected from estates above 1,500m. Roasted in micro-lots.
SLOW-STEEPED · SMALL BATCH · ALTITUDE 11,152 FT
Born on Hatu Peak. Steeped sixteen hours in Himalayan spring water. A coffee that behaves like a single malt.
THE ROST METHOD
Hot extraction is violent. We let time do the work — a sixteen-hour cold steep that pulls sweetness and chocolate while leaving the bitterness behind. The result is impossibly smooth, with none of the acidity.
THREE MOVEMENTS
Single-origin Arabica, hand-selected from estates above 1,500m. Roasted in micro-lots.
Sixteen hours in cold Himalayan spring water. No heat. No rush. No shortcuts.
Filtered, nitrogen-flushed and bottled within the hour to lock the moment in glass.

HATU PEAK · 11,152 FT
In 2021, Rahul, Sam and Anurag hiked to Hatu Peak in Himachal Pradesh — and were handed the worst cold brew of their lives at the top of the world. They came down with a recipe instead of a souvenir.
THE PEOPLE
THREE PRINCIPLES
If it can be rushed, it isn't ours. Sixteen hours, every batch, no exceptions.
We'd rather sell out than dilute. Micro-lots, real estates, named farmers.
Nothing on the label you can't pronounce. Coffee, water, time. That's it.
